Quick Snack With LeftOver Chapatis

Assalamu alaikum, this is my first post on this blog, looking forward to writing many more inshallah. This is one dish that I really enjoy cooking for it is quick and extremely easy and a quick way to tackle leftover chapatis or breads. I am writing it for just 2 chapatis, you may increase the quantities of ingredients proportionately if you have more leftover chapatis.

Ingredients:
leftover chapatis - 2
Eggs - 2
Tomato - 1 medium, chopped
Potato - 1 small, chopped
Capsicum - 1 medium, chopped (optional)
(Take a pinch each of the following for each chapati)
Turmeric powder
Chilli Powder
Coriander Powder
Zeera Powder
Garam masala Powder
Salt and Chilli powder to taste
Oil

Method:
Break the chapatis or breads into small pieces and keep aside. Beat the eggs with a bit of salt in a separate bowl and keep aside. Heat oil in a vessel and add the chopped veggies, fry for a minute then add all the spices, fry for another two minutes, now add the chapati pieces and fry a little more, about 2 minutes. Add the beaten eggs, and keep stirring till the eggs are all cooked through. Serve hot just plain or with any sauce.
