Fish Cutlet/ Fish Fingers

A great sea food preparation; this dish brings all the mouth watering flavors on to your plate, enjoy and do not forget to comment.

Fish (boneless)
Onions chopped
Green Chillies chopped
Ginger garlic paste
Fresh coriander
Boiled, smashed potatoes
Eggs (beaten)
Bread crumbs
Oil for Frying

Boil the fish in a vessel. In a separate bowl add chopped onions, chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander and salt. Mix well. Add the smashed potatoes and the boiled fish. Combine everything well. Make fingers out of the mixture, role in beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs; fry the fish fingers in oil. Serve with a chutney of your choice.
