Malpua

Ingredients:
Sugar - 1cup
Wheat flour - 1and half cups
Curd - 4tbsp
Pepper corns - 10-15
Milk
Water

Method:
Make a batter of all of the dry ingredients and the curd, using half milk and half water till thick and preferably of free falling consistency. Mix well till smooth.Add pepper corns, keep aside for two hours, leave it to rise. In a pan heat oil, and spoon the mixture and drop into the oil to form large circular disks.Fry till golden, serve with cream or just plain.
